At Shuddha's Wellness, our mission is to empower our students to create balanced meals that are simple and nourishing but also time-efficient and utterly delicious! We'll share the secrets of achieving this magic with minimal ingredients and kitchen equipment, utilizing a little preparation and effective time management.
Sudha, a passionate cook with a family history of great cooking, was inspired to create healthier meals. Realizing the importance of food for well-being, she used her knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda to develop balanced recipes, which she shares on her Instagram page and food blog, shuddhawellnessonaplate.
All our workshops cater to individuals ranging from beginners to seasoned cooks and are suitable for kids aged 16 and above.
